I don’t meet a lot of single parents in blogging, most people seem to be happily single or blissfully married. Anyway, I found a single parent chat room today. Single Parent Chat City looks like a great site to meet other single parents. There are already thousands of members registered who signed up with the site.

Registering for a free account is quick and easy. I can clearly see that anyone can register an account in seconds without requiring proof as a single parent. However, judging from the name of the site, I would really see this as a place where more single parents can be found. But to any outsider who likes to see a glimpse of what the community is like, you can look at their list of users provided on their site. I even found one who “shouts” she’s a virgin! Hahaha. That may be true or not, because as I’ve just said, anyone can simply sign up with an account.

The single parent chat rooms look more like a fun way to meet people, but I don’t think that would be the site to connect with serious people whom I like to spend the rest of my life with. But who knows where this story can end! I’ve always stumbled on some unusual stories of successful relationships!
